At The Landing we always keep two bottles of our Rosé in the chiller, because one always disappears far too quickly. Rosé is made for serious enjoyment, and we take the making of it very seriously. The colour has to be perfect, the crisp dryness has to be refreshing and the creamy strawberry texture has to leave you wanting more. We’ll be happy to share this 2019 Rosé with great friends all summer long, enjoying it well chilled.

The fruit was whole bunch pressed to minimise colour and phenolic extraction. The juice was settled then racked to stainless tanks for fermentation. Fermentation was cool and slow to retain the delicate and pure fruit characters. The wine was then allowed to settle naturally before filtration and bottling.

Our Rosé is a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Syrah. Merlot cl 481 and Syrah cl 524 grapes were hand-picked in perfect condition on the 11th of March following a warm, dry summer.
